| Having
trouble viewing the video
stream?
This site supports Windows Media
Player only for the display of the
streaming video embedded within the
webpages.
If you are having issues seeing the
image then you need to do the following:
For Microsoft Windows Computers:
- Ensure you have a Windows Media
Player plug-in for your browser.
Internet Explorer - Download
and install Windows Media Player
(read on).
Mozilla Firefox - Download
and install the Microsoft
Port 25 Plug-in.
Opera, Safari
for Windows, Flock
- Download and install the Microsoft
Port 25 Plug-in for Firefox (the
plug-in will also work!).
SeaMonkey, Maxthon,
other browsers
- Please check on-line for Windows
Media playback support.
- Check you have Windows Media
Player 9 (or later) installed on
your Windows PC.
- Download the latest Media Player
files to your Microsoft Windows
PC using the appropriate link:
- Codec
Installation Package for Windows
XP
- Codec
Installation Package for Windows
2000, 98, Me and NT
Please Note: Windows Vista
computers should already come with
the correct video codec support.
- If the images still fail to load
then try downloading the Windows
Media Player 6.4 codec installation
package from Microsoft.
For MacOS Computers:
- For Mac OS X 10.3.9 or above,
download and install Flip4Mac for
Quicktime.

Note: Flip4Mac should provide support
to both Safari
and Mozilla Firefox.
Your Mac may need to be restarted
before playback will work in either
browser.
- For Mac OS X versions earlier
than 10.3.9, you will need to download
and install:
Windows Media Player 9 for Mac.
- For earlier versions of Mac OS,
playback support should be provided
through Windows Media Player 7.1
for Mac, available from the Microsoft
Windows Media Player site.
For Linux Computers:
- As distributions of Linux vary,
we cannot provide specific wakthroughs.
- But you can ensure you are using
the latest build of your mediaplayer
application. This can usually be
done through checking your distribution's
package manager.
For other Operating Systems:
- It may not be possible to playback
Windows Media on your system.
- Please check your Instruction
Manuals or Documentation to determin
playback capability.
